There are many elements that are often overlooked when people teach on effective leadership, and this workshop goes in-depth into the psychology of leadership as well as understanding different personalities. Your natural leadership style is determined by your personality structure, and this style has a big effect on the personalities in your team. Learning how to use your own leadership style and unlocking its full potential is one thing, but learning how to lead and interact with different personalities is another. Your leadership style and personality will affect the different personalities around you in a variety of ways. Once you understand your natural leadership style, how to use it effectively, and knowing how to work with different personalities, you will be able to manage people better and keep them motivated and inspired. It's important to note that not all personalities get motivated by the same things, but the Inner Warrior Personality Framework© will give you the tools to keep different personalities motivated, driven and engaged. This workshop is based on the Inner Warrior Personality Framework© and we generally recommend that our clients first attend our Personality Framework workshop before doing the Leadership and Management workshop. This ensures that everyone has a firm understanding of the Inner Warrior Personality Framework© before we move into how the different personalities interact with one another and how to manage them in a team. Topics that are covered in this workshop include but are not limited to: • Understanding and optimizing your personal leadership style. • Identifying and managing negative and toxic behaviour. • The dynamics between different personalities. • How to motivate and inspire a team based on their unique personalities. • The core elements of effective leadership and how each personality can use them. We work closely with everyone in attendance to give personalized advice and relatable scenarios so that they can easily implement the skills and tools within their teams.
