"Conflict is inevitable, but combat is optional" - Max Lucado When working with people, conflict is inevitable. We all have different personalities and sometimes they clash with one another. If these conflict situations are not managed properly, they can lead to serious and lasting damage. The emotional and relational damage sustained after these situations will change how the individuals interact and think about one another moving forward, and it can greatly decrease the effectiveness of the relationship and lead to other problems down the line. The aim of this workshop is to teach you how to manage conflict situations so that you can de-escalate the situation and achieve the best possible outcome. It's important to understand which behaviours will make the situation worse, and which behaviours will calm the situation down and lead to a solution. To be able to do this, you need a firm understanding of the different personalities, as your approach will depend on the person you are dealing with. Behaviour that might escalate the situation for one person, might de-escalate it for another. Join us in this workshop as we delve deep into the topic of conflict management and resolution. By the end of this seminar you will have the understanding and skills to effectively manage conflict in all areas of your life!
