"Children are not things to be moulded, but are people to be unfolded." In this seminar, we cover children's personalities, how to bring out the best in them, the various parenting styles of different personalities, and how to address certain areas of your personality that got affected by your own childhood. In our others seminars, we cover how our personalities can be expressed in various ways, including the healthy and unhealthy expressions of the different personality types. These expressions also apply to the parenting styles of our parents, and the relationship dynamics between the parents and children. It's useful to attend the others seminars first before attending this one, as it will give you a better understanding of the bigger picture. Certain personality combinations between the parent and child can result in a negative or even toxic relationship if it's not managed. Understanding the personality dynamics between ourselves, our parents, and our interactions with children can be extremely insightful and even liberating as we start to understand how our personalities affect those around us and shape our life experiences. In this seminar, you will learn the following: • How to identify the personality structures of children. • The different developmental stages and how each personality handles them. • The parenting styles of different personalities. • How the different parenting styles affect the various personalities in children. • How to bring out the best in a child by understanding their unique personality structure. • How your own developmental stages went and understanding the effects of it.
