At Inner Warrior, we believe that dreams do carry meaning and that they reflect quite a lot about the dreamer's mental and emotional state. If we know how to interpret them, our dreams contain valuable information that can help us to understand ourselves better, and in some instances, they can even provide us with important insight.

 

The world of dreams is fascinating and if understood, it can be an extremely valuable tool for self-discovery and understanding. Join us for this seminar on the psychology of dreams and we will teach you how to make sense of your dreams, and how to use them to learn more about yourself.

Workshop on how to achieve and maintain holistic health.

In this workshop, we share tools, tips, and practices that will help you to achieve a peaceful and healthy lifestyle. The focus of holistic health is to create health and balance in all aspects of ourselves and our lives. In this workshop, we briefly explain how to create a lifestyle that not only maintains overall health but a lifestyle that's also preventative in nature. It's better to take preventative action when it comes to disease and illness than it is to wait for it to happen and then to seek treatment.

Throughout our journey, we have learnt from various perspectives and teachers. In this workshop, we combine the teachings and viewpoints of both eastern and western healthcare and share the elements that we found works the best for not only ourselves but for our clients as well. The purpose of this workshop is to get you to think outside the box when it comes to your own health and to empower you with tools, practices, and concepts that has changed many lives and that stretches back into ancient times. This workshop also touches on our Mind-Body Exercise classes, we explain the theory behind it and we do a session to show you what benefits it can have for your mind and body.

In today's high-paced society, we expend way more energy than we take in. This leads to many people burning out, we end up running on a "flat battery" and the effects are not only felt in our professional lives but in our personal lives as well.

 

Here are some signs that you are most likely burnt out:

 

  • You feel exhausted.

  • You feel demotivated.

  • A lack of accomplishment and productivity.

  • You feel depressed.

  • You are irritable and easily annoyed.

  • You have trouble concentrating.

  • Your mind feels "foggy".


We have all experienced these signs at one time or another, but they are bound to show up again. It's crucial that we know how to recover when we face the possibility of burning out. We have physical energy, emotional energy, and mental energy. They each show up differently, and they also get used differently. In this workshop, we explain how your energy works and how to manage and maintain it so that you can stay healthy, motivated, and maintain high performance.
